Your purchase is protected
Every order placed on SA Global Bridge is backed by our Buyer Protection programme. We stand behind every transaction so you can source with confidence.
What Buyer Protection covers
Our protection programme covers the most common issues buyers face in international B2B trade.
Non-Delivery Protection
If your goods are not delivered within the agreed timeframe and the supplier cannot provide proof of dispatch, you are entitled to a full refund.
Not as Described
If the goods received are significantly different from the product description, specifications, or samples agreed upon, you can raise a dispute for a refund or replacement.
Damaged Goods
If your shipment arrives damaged due to improper packaging or handling, and you provide photographic evidence within 7 days of receipt, you are covered for a partial or full refund.
Supplier Fraud
In the rare event of fraudulent activity by a supplier, SA Global Bridge will investigate and take immediate action, including full refund and supplier removal from the platform.

Resolution & refund
Once resolved in your favour, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
What is not covered
