By accessing or using the SA Global Bridge platform (website, mobile application, or any associated services), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our platform.

SA Global Bridge is a B2B export marketplace that connects verified Indian suppliers with global buyers. We facilitate transactions but are not a party to the underlying sale contract between buyers and suppliers. We act as an intermediary and escrow agent.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorised to enter into business contracts.
• SA Global Bridge reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You must not:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Misrepresent your identity, business, or the nature of goods/services offered
• Engage in fraudulent transactions or attempt to circumvent the escrow system
• Post false reviews, ratings, or testimonials
• Attempt to contact buyers or suppliers outside the platform to avoid platform fees
• Upload malicious code, spam, or engage in any activity that disrupts platform operations
• List or trade in prohibited goods (narcotics, weapons, counterfeit products, etc.)

All content on the SA Global Bridge platform — including logos, text, graphics, software, and data — is the property of SA Global Bridge or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

SA Global Bridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the transaction value of the specific order in dispute.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

• Provide accurate shipping addresses, import documentation requirements, and order specifications.
• Make full payment into escrow before production or dispatch commences.
• Inspect received goods within 7 days and raise any disputes within this window.
• Comply with all import regulations, customs duties, and taxes applicable in your country.
• Not share supplier contact details or pricing with third parties without consent.

By placing an order, you enter into a binding purchase agreement with the supplier. SA Global Bridge facilitates this transaction but is not the seller. Order confirmations are subject to supplier acceptance and stock availability.

• All payments are processed through SA Global Bridge's escrow system.
• Funds are held securely until order fulfilment conditions are met.
• Prices are quoted in the agreed currency and are exclusive of import duties, taxes, and freight unless stated otherwise.
• SA Global Bridge charges a platform service fee on each transaction, disclosed at checkout.

Buyers are protected under SA Global Bridge's Buyer Protection Policy. This covers non-delivery, goods not as described, and damaged goods, subject to the conditions outlined in that policy.

• Submitting an RFQ does not constitute a binding order.
• Supplier responses to RFQs are indicative quotes and subject to final confirmation.
• Custom RFQs for bespoke products may require a non-refundable design or sampling fee.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date product listings with correct specifications, pricing, and availability.
• Fulfil accepted orders within the agreed timeframe and to the agreed specifications.
• Provide valid export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Maintain SGB Verified™ compliance standards and submit to periodic audits.
• Not engage in off-platform transactions with buyers introduced through SA Global Bridge.

• All product information must be accurate and not misleading.
• You must hold all necessary licences, certifications, and regulatory approvals for the products you list.
• SA Global Bridge reserves the right to remove listings that violate platform standards or applicable laws.
• Pricing must be in the currency specified and inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• SA Global Bridge charges a commission on each completed transaction. The applicable rate is communicated during onboarding and may be updated with 30 days' notice.
• Platform subscription fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
• Payments are disbursed after deduction of commission and applicable taxes.

Suppliers must maintain consistent product quality as represented in their listings and samples. SA Global Bridge may conduct quality audits, request third-party inspections, or suspend listings if quality standards are not met. Repeated quality failures may result in account suspension.

Suppliers must respond to buyer disputes within 48 hours of notification. Failure to respond within this window may result in an automatic ruling in favour of the buyer. All dispute decisions made by SA Global Bridge after review are final.

SA Global Bridge may terminate a supplier account for violation of these terms, repeated quality failures, fraudulent activity, or non-compliance with SGB Verified™ standards. Pending payments for completed orders will be disbursed after a 30-day review period.
