SA Global Bridge Quality Protection

How Sample Vault™ Works

Sample Vault™ is SA Global Bridge's physical sample retention and shipment matching service. It gives buyers the assurance that every shipment matches the pre-approved sample quality — before goods are dispatched.

What is Sample Vault™?

Sample Vault™ is a physical sample storage and quality verification service offered by SA Global Bridge. When a buyer places a sample order, they can request SGB to retain 2 pieces of the approved sample in SGB's office/warehouse. These stored samples act as a quality reference for all future orders of the same product.

The Core Promise

When a new order is placed for the same product, SGB physically matches the shipment against the pre-approved samples stored in the Sample Vault™. Only when the shipment matches the stored sample will SGB authorise dispatch — giving buyers complete confidence in the quality of every delivery.

The Sample Vault™ Process

A simple, transparent five-step process that protects your quality standards from sample approval through to final dispatch.

01

Place a Sample Order

A buyer places a sample order for a product through SA Global Bridge. During this process, the buyer requests SGB to retain 2 pieces of the approved sample in SGB's office/warehouse.

02

Samples Stored in Sample Vault™

SGB securely stores the 2 pre-approved sample pieces in its Sample Vault™ — a dedicated physical storage facility at SGB's premises. These samples serve as the quality benchmark for all future shipments of the same product.

03

New Order Placed

When the buyer places a new bulk or repeat order for the same product, they can request SGB to match the incoming shipment against the pre-approved samples stored in the Sample Vault™.

04

Shipment Quality Matching

Before the shipment is dispatched, SGB physically compares the goods against the reference samples held in the Sample Vault™. This ensures the product quality, specifications, and appearance match exactly what was pre-approved.

05

Dispatch Approved

Only when the shipment matches the pre-approved Sample Vault™ reference does SGB authorise the dispatch. If there is a mismatch, the shipment is held and the buyer is notified before any goods leave the warehouse.

Why Use Sample Vault™?

Sample Vault™ removes the uncertainty from repeat sourcing. Here's what it means for your business.

Quality Assurance Before Dispatch

Every shipment is physically verified against your pre-approved sample before it leaves the supplier's premises, eliminating quality surprises on arrival.

Pre-Approved Reference Standard

Your approved sample becomes the binding quality benchmark. Suppliers cannot deviate from the agreed standard without your knowledge.

Faster Repeat Orders

Once your sample is stored in the Vault, repeat orders can be processed and verified quickly without the need to re-approve samples each time.

Secure Physical Storage

SGB stores your reference samples in a secure, organised facility. Samples are labelled, catalogued, and traceable to your specific product and order.
