We share your data only as necessary:

• Suppliers: Your name, shipping address, and order details are shared with the relevant supplier to fulfil your order.
• Logistics Partners: Shipping address and contact details are shared with courier/freight partners.
• Payment Processors: Transaction data is shared with Stripe, PayPal, or Cashfree as applicable.
• Legal Authorities: We may disclose data if required by law or court order.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Order and transaction records are retained for 7 years as required under Indian tax and accounting laws. You may request deletion of non-mandatory data by contacting us.

• Business name, registered address, GSTIN, IEC code, and PAN
• Authorised representative name, email, and phone number
• Bank account details for payment disbursements
• Product listings, pricing, and inventory data you submit
• Communication records with buyers and SA Global Bridge team
• Verification documents submitted during onboarding
• Platform activity logs and performance metrics

• To verify your business credentials and maintain SGB Verified™ status
• To display your products and profile to potential buyers
• To process and disburse payments for completed orders
• To communicate RFQs, order updates, and platform notifications
• To conduct performance reviews and maintain platform quality standards
• To comply with Indian export regulations and tax laws

We share your data only as necessary:

• Buyers: Your business name, product details, and verified credentials are visible to buyers on the platform.
• Logistics Partners: Shipment and pickup details are shared with freight/courier partners.
• Banking Partners: Account details are shared with payment processors for disbursements.
• Regulatory Authorities: Export documentation and business data may be shared with customs, DGFT, or tax authorities as required.
• We do not sell your business data to third parties.

Supplier account data is retained for the duration of your active engagement with the platform. Financial and transaction records are retained for 7 years as mandated by Indian law. Verification documents are retained for compliance purposes.

Pricing, cost structures, and proprietary product formulations you share with us are treated as confidential. We do not disclose this information to competing suppliers or unauthorised third parties.

All supplier data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. Access to sensitive business data is restricted to authorised SA Global Bridge personnel only. We conduct regular security audits to maintain data integrity.
